Project Timeline.

Kick off.

During the kick-off, we discuss the campaign's goal, target audience, and desired outcome. Together, we review the type and number of influencers we will use and discuss the compensation the influencers will receive.

Inviting Influencers.

Now that we have enough information to create a task, we post it on our website with a call to our (Micro-) Influencer group. All interested Influencers then sign up.

Select and create. 

From the list of registered influencers, we select the best matches. The products that the influencers will promote are then sent. Once they receive this, they have 2-4 weeks to produce the content and send it to us for approval. Not satisfied with the results? Then we ask the creators to make the necessary adjustments.

Analysis.

At the end, we create a clear overview of the campaign results.
We will discuss this together in a meeting.

What are nano, micro, macro and mega influencers?

A Micro-Influencer is someone with a smaller, but very engaged group of followers. Online, influencers are divided into several categories: - Nano-Influencer (Less than 1000 followers), - Micro-influencer (1000-100,000 followers), - Macro-influencer (100,000-1,000,000 followers) and - Mega-Influencers (1,000,000+ followers). At Klout, we keep it nice and simple. Every influencer with 1500-150,000 followers is a Micro-Influencer to us. Want to know more about the power of micro-influencers? How does the barter model work at Klout?

On which platforms do your micro-influencers work?

Our micro-influencers receive a free product or service in exchange for promotion on their social media channels. This means that there is no direct financial compensation. Instead, the influencers receive a valuable product or an exclusive experience from your brand, which they then share with their followers.

In addition to providing a product or service to the influencer, we charge a fee depending on the platform and the campaign. For example, on TikTok we charge a pre-agreed amount per 1,000 views, while on other platforms we charge a fixed fee based on the number of followers of the influencer. This ensures a transparent and affordable model where you always know where you stand. (If you also want to agree on a fixed amount for TikTok based on the number of followers, this is of course also possible!)

Our micro-influencers are active on various popular social media platforms. This includes Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat. We also have influencers active on YouTube and Facebook. Due to the diversity of platforms, we can promote your brand in the right places, matching your target group and marketing goals.
